Our approach of providing the optimum mix of expertise for a particular client situation relies on a network of qualified professionals.  Highlighted below are a few of the individuals and firms with whom we collaborate to meet our client's needs.

Martin R. Browne

Marty is an independent consultant and a Senior Associate of Bourke Consulting Associates (BCA).  Marty brings a wealth of experience and expertise - in the scope of Configurability Strategy - to the clients of BCA.  He assists manufacturing companies, as well as configurator software vendors, to identify system requirements, propose tactical solutions, and assist with implementation.  In addition, he has provided engineering resources to emerging application software companies.

Marty was the original Vice President of Engineering for Calico Technology that developed an early Web-based sales and configuration system.  He also managed the development of a software interface to popular ERP systems, overseeing its implementation at more than twenty customer sites.  Since Oracle acquired Calico, its configurator technology has been embedded into the Oracle suite of applications.

As a founding member of ASK Computer Solutions, Marty served as Vice President of Development for almost 20 years.  He is widely known as the "Father of MANMAN," the highly regarded manufacturing and financial applications software created by ASK, the leading provider of such systems in the early years of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) systems.

Marty earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stanford University.

Donald H. Lindsey
CFPIM, CIRM

Don is an independent consultant and a Senior Associate of Bourke Consulting Associates (BCA).  He has been in the field of Operations Management and ERP Implementation for over 30 years.  Don brings a wealth of experience and expertise from aerospace, electronics, medical device manufacturing, industrial equipment and the fashion industries to the clients of BCA.  He has assisted over 35 manufacturing companies to identify system requirements, implement business process changes and ERP packages.

Don's ERP background includes the use of QAD, SAP, JDE, PRMS, MAPICS, MANMAN, AMAPS, Maxcim, Qube, BPCS, Pansophic, Symix, Movex, and Varsity Logistics.  He also has extensive experience with Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications such as Cognos, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and Cyber Query.

He has taught APICS certification courses at University of Phoenix, DeVry University and Learning Tree University.  In addition to teaching several Business Operations Management courses at California State University at Fullerton.

Don earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton and is certified at the Fellow Level, with CPFIM and CIRM recognition from APICS.
